The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of room service. It would have been helpful to have the option of dining in my room during busy work days.

I really appreciated that they had down pillows ready for me when I arrived. The breakfast was warm, but there weren’t many options to choose from. I want to give a shout-out to the helpful staff! 😊.

The apartments at Ascott Huai Hai Road Shanghai are amazing! They have wide windows that let in lots of natural light, making the whole place feel bright and airy. The kitchen has everything you need, and the rooms are so comfortable that you'll have a great night's sleep. Plus, the bathrooms have deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads - pure relaxation!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the soundproofing feature. But hey, that's just me!

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

During my recent stay at Ascott, I was impressed by the spacious room and its well-equipped kitchenette. The diverse lighting options in the room allowed me to create different atmospheres for various activities. The direct link to the shopping mall was a bonus, with plenty of shops, ATMs, and even a Starbucks.

Although the breakfast selection was basic and didn't match the quality of the dinner menu at Highline, the restaurant was definitely worth a visit. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, with easy access to various attractions in the city.
